This agreement is a legal contract between you and Jianguo VPN (referred to as the 'Service Provider') regarding your download, installation, and use of the App.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this agreement. You may not copy, modify, or misuse the App or related trademarks without authorization, extract source code through reverse engineering, translate app text, or create derivative versions. Intellectual property rights related to the App are legally held by the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features, plans, or fees and will notify users within a reasonable scope. Users are responsible for protecting device security and account credentials, and should avoid jailbreaking, rooting, or installing untrusted software that may cause app errors or security risks.

This Service may integrate necessary third-party services, such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. During use, you must also comply with the terms of those third-party services.

Service limitations: The App depends on stable Wi-Fi or mobile data. If the service cannot be used because of device arrears, data limits, poor signal, carrier faults, or user settings, the Service Provider is not responsible for the resulting inability to connect. Mobile data charges may apply outside Wi-Fi. If you enable roaming outside your country of origin, related fees are your responsibility. Before use, confirm that you are authorized to use the network and pay any related bills.

Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. If the service is unavailable because of drained batteries, damaged systems, third-party software conflicts, or failure to update the App, that is outside our compensation scope. We work to provide accurate route and feature information, but some information may come from partners or be affected by network conditions, and we do not guarantee that every route is available at all times, in all regions, or on all platforms. The App may release updates for compatibility and security, and you agree to install the latest version when necessary. The Service Provider may terminate service in accordance with law and this agreement; after termination, you must stop using and delete the App.

Technical Issues: Individual network environments may affect service performance. We will work to troubleshoot and repair issues, but a technical issue alone does not automatically create a refund right.

Unauthorized Use: Refunds will not be provided if account access, licenses, or digital benefits are shared, resold, abused, or used without authorization.

Policy Changes: We reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy within the scope allowed by law. Changes take effect after being published on the website.
